Main duties of the job

Join our team as a Care Assistant and help residents live with comfort and dignity. No experience is needed as we provide full training and support. Your role will include providing personal care, administering medication, assisting with daily activities, and promoting dignity and well-being. You will work 42 hours per week including alternate weekends, with opportunities for days or nights. The job offers outstanding career development with funded training up to QCF Level 5, a Refer-a-Friend bonus, and company pension scheme.
