Main duties of the job

The Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating care services and client schedules, supporting the setup of new care packages, and maintaining communication with families and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a full UK driving licence. The role of a Care Coordinator

• Coordinate care services and client schedules

• Participate in the on-call rota when required
• Willingness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay provided)
