Main duties of the job

The Care Coordinator role at Agincare UK involves organizing, problem-solving, and ensuring the right carers are matched with clients, primarily at Whitley Court. This position is integral in coordinating care services and client schedules, matching carers to meet individual client needs, supporting new care package setups, planning staff rotas, and maintaining communication with families and healthcare professionals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are necessary. Administrative experience is required, while care experience is advantageous but not essential. The role includes participating in an on-call rota and providing additional on-call phone coverage when needed, which comes with additional pay.
