To organise, coordinate and supervise care services in accordance with current best practice, company policies, legislation requirements and agreed standards. Provide leadership to care staff, maintain high-quality service delivery and participate in the on-call rota. Entry Requirements and Qualifications Applicants should typically be at least 18 years old with experience in a care environment. Experience in a fast-paced work environment Ability to be flexible, RQF Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it. Background checks including DBS/CRB checks may be required. Commitment to ongoing training and professional development. Key Responsibilities

Ensure service users are at the heart of care delivery and that their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing. Supervise staff and contribute to the efficient running of the service. Organise and coordinate care delivery according to policies, procedures, regulations and contract requirements. Ensure care is delivered at agreed times and for the specified duration. Promote and protect the welfare of individuals supported by the service. Provide leadership and support to care staff. Maintain current professional skills and undertake required training. Organise, coordinate and supervise care services within legal and contractual standards. Participate in and maintain an on-call facility. Benefits Cash Back Scheme
