You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration, have a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification, and experience in gerontology. A strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines is essential. You should be dedicated, motivational, and enjoy sharing your knowledge, demonstrated through successful clinical mentorship and performance management. You should pride yourself on a person-centred and compassionate approach to nursing.
