Care Home Facilities Lead — Maintenance & Team

Barchester care homes are seeking a Head of Maintenance to keep our premises clean and well-maintained, creating a warm, home-like environment for residents and a safe, efficient workplace for staff.

You'll lead a maintenance team, work on diverse tasks from fixing taps to garden projects, manage contractor liaison, and support the General Manager with budgeting. A full UK driving licence and IT literacy are required.
