As our Client Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring every client and family receives an outstanding experience from their very first enquiry through to their ongoing care journey. You will build trusted relationships, support clients to access the right care at the right time, and work closely with our care and office teams to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

Your main duties and responsibilities

Supporting new clients

  • Be the first friendly point of contact for prospective clients and their families

  • Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally

  • Arrange and carry out client assessments

  • Support new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring care starts smoothly and efficiently

  • Work closely with the scheduling and care teams to ensure new packages of care are implemented successfully

Looking after existing clients

  • Complete regular client reviews and ensure records remain accurate and up to date

  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, maintaining regular contact

  • Identify and resolve concerns at an early stage, ensuring clients feel listened to and supported

  • Complete audits and quality checks in a timely manner

  • Ensure care arrangements continue to meet clients' changing needs

  • Support families in understanding the care options available to help loved ones remain at home for longer where appropriate

Working as part of the team

  • Work collaboratively with Carers, Coordinators and Managers to deliver outstanding client outcomes

  • Share feedback and ideas to continuously improve the service

  • Support the implementation of local marketing activities, both digital and community-based

  • Follow company policies, procedures and professional standards at all times

  • Provide general support within the office as required

  • Participate in the out-of-hours rota

  • Deliver hands-on care when required to support the needs of the business

What qualifications and experience do you need?

  • Experience working within the health and social care sector

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience conducting assessments, reviews or client-facing meetings would be advantageous

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A person-centred approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care

  • Confidence using digital systems and maintaining accurate records

  • Right to Work full-time in the UK

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
