  • STAFF COORDINATION
Guide care assistants, appropriately match them to customers, and provide support with training and supervision. Attend initial customer visits to introduce the care assistant.
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE
Monitor service quality by conducting reviews, investigating any issues related to the service, and implementing improvements where needed.
  • EMERGENCY SUPPORT
Participate in the on-call rota, handling emergency situations by arranging cover for staff absences.

Duties Include

  • Carrying out risk assessments and agreeing on risk control measures.
  • Maintaining clear communication with customers, their representatives, and care staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

  • Blue Light Card
  • Funded Training

Requirements

  • A minimum of QCF Level 2 qualification (with enrolment onto QCF Level 3 available during employment).
  • Experience in providing home care and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle

This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives while developing your skills within a supportive environment.
