Care Team Leader: Lead High-Quality, Person-Centered Care

Westerton Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Team Leader to oversee day-to-day care delivery for residents. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, coordinate care planning, medication administration, documentation and risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and high-quality resident-centred care.

We offer £15.00 per hour, a contract up to 44 hours per week, PVG paid, pension, uniform provided and 5.6 weeks of annual leave based on a full-time contract.
