Care Team Leader: Mentor, Rostering & Coordination

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Team Leader in Newton Stewart. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) requires a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

You will coach and mentor your team, produce monthly rotas, and coordinate on-call coverage on a rotational basis. You will work with external health professionals to create accurate, person-centred support plans and match staff to individuals based on outcomes and goals.
