Were also a not-for-profit organisation , with our Shine Charity helping us give back to our communities. Lead and support staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and accurate record keeping. Support residents with personal care, daily living tasks, meals, and mobility needs. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional wellbeing. Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and concerns are reported promptly. Promote meaningful activities, community participation, and positive outcomes for residents. Act as a role model, providing guidance and supervision to the care team. Ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
