We are seeking a committed and compassionate carer to join a care team supporting a female adult in her 30s who lives at home with her partner on a small farmstead between Dereham and Watton. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone’s life by providing both high-quality clinical care and holistic support for overall health and wellbeing. She has complex care needs, including: Catheter care As a carer, you will support her not only with these medical needs but also with daily living activities, promoting independence and empowering her to live life to the fullest. She is sociable, enjoys spending time in the community, and has a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, which is used for both social outings and medical appointments.
