Caretaker - Lisburn

Caretaker required to work with our client Lisburn City Council, this role will be based in Railway Street, Lisburn. Hours of work are 0900-1700 Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £13.69 per hour. This role will start immediately and will be for a minimum of 3 months.

The main duties of this role will include carrying out basic maintenance, preparing rooms for events, cleaning off communal areas, securing the premises.

What We Need From You
- Five GCSEs at Grade C (or equivalent) or above, including English and Maths.

At least one year's experience in one or more of the following:
- Cleaning
- Building maintenance
- Manual handling
- Security

- A practical, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service.
