- Manageandtracksupportticketsthroughtoresolutionwithinagreedservicelevels
- Escalatecomplexissuestosecond-lineorexternalsupportwhenrequired
- AssistwithCargoWiseprojects,includingsystemupgrades,integrations,andimplementations
- Supporttestingprocesses,includingUATandpost-implementationreviews
- Maintainsystemdocumentationanduserguides
- ProvidesupportacrossMicrosoftOfficeapplicationssuchasOutlook,Excel,Word,andTeams
- Offerbasicnetworkandinfrastructuresupport,troubleshootingconnectivityissues
- LiaisewithexternalITsuppliers,includingcoordinationandprocurementtasks
