We are currently looking for an experienced FRA Carpenter / Passive Fire Protection Maintenance Technician for a permanent opportunity based around Richmond and Surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced carpenter with fire door experience to join a busy Fire Management Repairs Team and work on essential fire safety and passive fire protection projects across residential properties and communal areas.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality fire door, carpentry and passive fire protection works while maintaining excellent standards of health and safety, compliance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Installing, repairing and maintaining fire doors.
• Carrying out fire door upgrade works.
• Installing fully certified fire door sets.
• Undertaking passive fire protection maintenance.
• Carrying out fire-stopping works and minor remedial repairs.
• Completing associated carpentry and finishing works.
