Joiner - Social Housing Repairs & MaintenanceHuntingdon Area Competitive Salary + Overtime + Bonus Scheme Company Van & Fuel Card Provided Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 4:30pm Are you a skilled Joiner looking for a secure, long-term position with a well-established housing maintenance contractor?We are seeking an experienced Joiner to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working across domestic properties in the Milton Keynes area. This is a permanent opportunity offering a consistent workload, excellent benefits, and the chance to work within the social housing sector. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery repairs and installations within occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with customer expectations. Typical duties include: Repairing and installing doors, frames, skirting, flooring and internal fittings Kitchen repairs and installations Completing planned and reactive maintenance work Maintaining accurate job records using handheld technology Working closely with supervisors and scheduling teams Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents' homesWhat's On Offer?
