Carpenter multi trader Southampton, Winchester & Basingstoke Salary: Up to £25PH  Company Van & Fuel Card Temp to perm  Full-Time Monday–Friday Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a leading social housing contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across Southampton, Winchester and Basingstoke. The Role Carrying out responsive repairs and day-to-day maintenance within occupied social housing properties Joinery and carpentry repairs including doors, frames, locks, kitchens and general woodwork Completing multi-trade works including basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring repairs and damp & mould treatments Diagnosing repair issues and delivering high-quality first-time fixes Working safely and efficiently in occupied properties while providing excellent customer service Accurately recording completed works and updating company systems Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rotaRequirements NVQ 2/3 (City & Guilds) in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner or Carpenter Experience within social housing, property maintenance or responsive repairs preferred Competent across basic plumbing, ...
