This varied role involves managing workshop staff, planning workloads, monitoring productivity, maintaining health and safety standards, liaising with the office on job progress and costs, and ensuring all repairs and maintenance are completed to manufacturer and company standards. You'll also play an important role in supporting and developing the workshop team while helping to drive continuous improvement. This role would suit someone with a background as a Workshop Manager or similar, looking to join a well-established company leading a skilled team and playing a role in the company's success.
