Catastrophic Injury Solicitor

Overview

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate (NQ-5 years PQE) to join its market-leading Catastrophic Injury & Large Loss team. You will act for leading insurer and corporate clients on complex, high-value personal injury claims, including motor, employers’ liability, public liability, equestrian, and cross-border matters. The work spans every stage of a claim – from liability investigations to policy coverage and quantum assessment. You’ll manage your own caseload while assisting on some of the team’s most challenging and high-profile work.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across a range of personal injury claims (defendant experience preferred)
• Work on high-value cases including catastrophic injury and/or large loss matters
• Contribute to liability investigations, policy coverage analysis, and quantum assessment
• Assist on the team’s most challenging and high-profile work

The Candidate

• NQ-5 years’ PQE in personal injury litigation (defendant experience preferred)
• Exposure to catastrophic injury and/or large loss cases
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
