Catering & Events Operations Lead

Blue Arrow is recruiting for a Catering & Events Operations Team Leader in Edinburgh. You will manage a team across multiple venues, coordinating conferences, meetings, weddings, and external catering events to ensure exceptional service.

You'll lead Supervisors and Assistants, drive staff development, monitor standards, and ensure compliance with health, food safety, and licensing regulations while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
