Catering Manager - Temporary The Details 💷 £23 per hour + holiday pay accrued hourly 📍 Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex 📅 2nd-18th September 2026 🏫 Secondary school setting 🚀 Mobilisation / new site launch We're looking for an experienced Catering Manager to support the mobilisation and launch of a new secondary school catering operation in Bexhill-on-Sea. Enhanced DBS is required. This is a hands-on opportunity for a confident catering professional who can lead a team, support the setup of a new site and make sure everything is ready to run smoothly from day one. What you'll be doing * Supporting the mobilisation and opening of the new school site * Managing and motivating the catering team * Helping establish effective day-to-day catering operations * Ensuring the site is organised, compliant and ready to operate * Supporting staff through the mobilisation process * Maintaining excellent standards of food service, hygiene and customer experience * Taking a proactive approach to solving problems and getting the site up and running What we're looking for We'd love to hear from candidates with previous Catering Manager or senior catering experience who are: * Confident leading and supporting a team * Organised, reliable and hands-on * Experienced in managing catering operations * Comfortable working in a busy school environment * Able to take ownership and work proactively * Available for the full assignment period If you're an experienced Catering Manager who enjoys being part of a new-site launch and can hit the ground running, apply today!
