Oversee a busy catering operation serving around 800 covers per day Manage a varied food offering including hot meals and grab & go options Lead and support the Front of House team Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth service Maintain high standards of service, food quality and presentationWhat we're looking for: You'll have previous catering or hospitality management experience, alongside the right qualifications and approach to working within an education environment.
