Catering Team Leader – Part-Time School Dining

Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a Team Leader for Musselburgh. This part-time, permanent role is 15 hours per week with a salary of £12.84 per hour. Hours are Mon-Fri 17:00–20:00 with optional additional shifts during the senior school term.

You will oversee fast-paced catering operations, maintain food standards, and support a dedicated team delivering breakfast, breaks, lunch and supper to staff and students. PVG checks apply.
