About You

You will be an accomplished leader with a proven track record of delivering strong organisational performance within housing or a related sector. Bringing significant strategic, and financial expertise, you will be capable of leading the organisation through change while maintaining an unwavering focus on customers and service excellence.

You will have experience of working effectively with Boards and a wide range of stakeholders, building trusted relationships and inspiring confidence across the organisation and beyond.

We are seeking a collaborative and empowering leader who develops high performing teams, encourages innovation and fosters a culture of accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement. A genuine commitment to community-based housing, social value and improving outcomes for customers and communities is essential.

Most importantly, you will be motivated by the opportunity to provide stable, long term leadership, shaping the future direction of Cathcart & District Housing Association.
