CCA Production Leader — Safety, Quality & Growth

Raytheon UK is seeking a Production Manager for the Glenrothes site to lead the Circuit Card Assembly area, ensuring safety, performance and quality targets are met. You will report to the CCA & Inventory Manager and drive training and development across the team.

The role requires effective cross-functional communication with manufacturing leadership, budgeting responsibilities, and the ability to implement process improvements in line with RTX CORE. BPSS clearance is a requirement.
