TheCentreExecutiveisaccountablefortheeffectiveoperation,revenuegrowth,andcustomersatisfactionwithinthecentres.ActinginasupervisorycapacitytoCentreOperationsAssistants,thisroleisdedicatedtoensuringanexceptionalcustomerexperience,seamlessday-to-dayoperations,andsuccessfulsalesinitiatives.WorkingcloselywiththeGeneralManager,theCentreExecutiveplaysapivotalroleinthecentrescommercialperformanceandachievementofkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs),withastrongfocusonrevenuegenerationbeyondfixedofficespace.
