Centre Manager, Forensic Care & Accreditation Lead

The Lancashire SAFE Centre within Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Centre Manager to lead the centre’s daily operations, ensuring high standards of safety and service delivery in line with UKAS accreditation.

You will recruit, train and line‑manage crisis workers, coordinate rotas, support data collection and reporting, and represent the centre in external meetings with Police and NHS England. A pivotal leadership role in governance and improvement.
