Change Manager (SEND)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Change Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering Staffordshire’s ambitious SEND Improvement Programme, including the SEND Reforms.You will project manage one of the priority projects within the SEND improvement plan to deliver the SEND Reforms.You will also offer project support to all projects within the improvement programme, supporting project leads with project plans, risk logs and performance measures. Working across education, health and care, you will provide project management to ensure this transformational model is co-designed, mobilised and embedded effectively across the local area partnership. The roles are fixed term until end of March 2028.
