Charity Shop Manager (Part-Time) — People-Driven Leader

Highland Hospice is seeking a part-time Shop Manager for our Dornoch boutique. You will lead day-to-day shop operations and volunteers, ensuring excellent customer care and effective stock handling. This role suits someone with retail experience who enjoys a busy environment and teamwork.

We offer a supportive team, 30 hours per week, pro-rata salary of £28,988 per annum, and 35 days holiday pro-rata, plus benefits. Closing date is Sunday 23 August 2026, with interviews to be confirmed.
