Turner Property Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected property consultancy to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor for its growing team. The successful candidate may be based in Inverness, Aberdeen or Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor seeking exposure to a diverse blend of professional and project work across a varied client portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveying services, managing client relationships and contributing to the continued success and growth of the team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach. Previous experience within private practice is advantageous, together with a desire to mentor junior colleagues and support business development initiatives.
