Chartered Building Surveyor

Chartered Building Surveyor in London offering a £39,000 base salary plus quarterly performance bonus, with OTE up to £100,000. This is a Permanent, Full-time role combining project-led building surveying with technical due diligence, dilapidations and portfolio instructions. Responsibilities * Deliver refurbishment, fit-out and improvement projects through procurement and completion * Prepare specifications, tender documentation and contract administration outputs * Undertake technical due diligence and support dilapidations instructions * Manage allocated WIP, invoicing, fee recovery and project financial information * Coordinate consultants and contractors across commercial property commissions Requirements * MRICS chartered status or an equivalent recognised professional qualification * Commercial building surveying experience in a consultancy or professional property environment * Refurbishment, contract administration or project-led surveying experience * Technical due diligence, dilapidations or comparable professional surveying experience Salary & Package * 40% bonus potential on qualifying fee income above cost * Base salary £39,000 * OTE up to £100,000 * Unlimited annual leave and two-week Christmas shutdown * Pension contribution up to 15% * Private medical insurance and death in service cover * Personal financial planning support and salary sacrifice schemes 📩 Apply by submitting your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation
