Job Overview
A Building Surveyor opportunity in South East London, combining building surveying and project management responsibilities within a multidisciplinary construction consultancy. Suitable for a surveyor with relevant post-qualification experience and strong technical knowledge, the position covers building projects through surveys, design, statutory approvals, tendering and contract administration. MRICS status or active progress towards professional accreditation is required.
Role & Responsibilities
Act as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent
Complete surveys, inspections and feasibility studies
Prepare drawings, specifications and schedules of work
Manage statutory approvals and tender processes
Deliver Party Wall and technical reporting duties
Skills & Experience Required
BSc Honours in Building Surveying or equivalent competence
At least one year of relevant post-qualification experience
MRICS qualified or actively progressing towards accreditation
Strong surveying and project management capabilities
Confident client communication and collaborative working skills
