Birmingham The successful candidate will independently manage cost consultancy commissions from feasibility through final account while advising clients on procurement, commercial strategy and contract administration. Responsibilities * Lead pre-contract and post-contract cost management commissions * Advise clients on procurement strategy, value engineering and commercial risk * Administer JCT contracts including valuations, variations and final accounts * Monitor project costs, cashflow and financial reporting * Deliver commercial advice across new-build, refurbishment, fit-out, recladding and reinstatement projects Requirements * Chartered MRICS status * Practical experience administering JCT construction contracts * Established pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying experience * Experience across property or construction sectors * Consultancy or transferable contractor-side experience Salary & Package * £52,000–£65,000 annual salary * Performance bonus * Hybrid working * Structured professional development * Clear career progression and wellbeing support 📩 Apply by submitting your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation...
