Chartered Quantity Surveyor (Senior or Project Surveyor)

M &E Quantity Surveyor Up to £70k (PAYE) / £400 per day (contract) Join a UK leading Engineering Contractor working on Hyperscale Data Centres in London! M&E Quantity Surveyor required to manage the commercial delivery of Mechanical and Electrical packages across major data centre and commercial construction projects. Responsible for valuations, variations, change control, procurement support, cost reporting and final accounts, ensuring strong commercial governance and contract compliance. Manage MEP packages from procurement through to final account Control change, costs, risks and commercial reporting Support CVR reporting, forecasting and subcontractor management Maintain accurate commercial records and audit trails Proven M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a Data Centre, Aviation or Pharmaceutical project Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commercial xkybehq management Experience across data centres, complex MEP installations and systems such as HVAC, UPS, generators, BMS and power infrastructure is advantageous.
