We're recruiting for a Chartered Rural Surveyor to join a well-established rural professional services team based in the Beauly area. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a broad range of rural consultancy services, including estate management, valuations, renewables, telecoms, and strategic land advice.

The Role

As a Chartered Rural Surveyor, you will:

• Deliver a wide range of rural professional services to a diverse client base
• Undertake RICS Red Book valuations and property appraisals
• Manage agricultural, commercial, and residential property and estate portfolios
• Provide advice on landlord and tenant matters, compensation claims, servitudes, and wayleaves
• Advising on renewable energy projects (wind, hydro, solar, battery storage)
• Support strategic land management advice for private and public sector clients
