Tonic Talent are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie for our client's high-quality gastro pub in the Cotswolds. This establishment prides itself on sourcing the finest seasonal ingredients for a daily-changing menu. We are looking for a candidate who can run their section with confidence and takes real pride in the standard of food they put out.
What are we looking for from Chef de Partie candidates?
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis ready to step up, within fresh food kitchens
- Genuine interest in seasonal ingredients, flavours and food trends
- Friendly and professional approach, with a great attitude towards work
- A real team player who enjoys supporting and learning from those around them
- Clear, stable progression shown throughout your CV
