About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join a busy, professional kitchen.

This role is ideal for a dedicated chef who enjoys working with fresh, high-quality British ingredients and takes pride in producing exceptional seasonal dishes.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding food, maintaining high kitchen standards, and contributing to menu development.

Key Responsibilities Take ownership of your designated kitchen section and ensure dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.

Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Assist in the preparation and development of seasonal menus and new dishes.

Support, mentor and encourage junior members of the kitchen team.

Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

Ensure stock is handled correctly and minimise food waste.

Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.

Essentials Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a busy professional kitchen.

A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations.

The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills with a positive and proactive attitude.

A team-focused approach and willingness to support colleagues.

A valid UK driving licence .
