We are recruiting a Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join a growing hotel group in Cumbria, working across a small collection of properties in a varied and hands-on role.

This opportunity offers the chance to work across multiple sites including a town centre hotel, a coastal property, and an expanding outside catering operation.

The kitchens focus on fresh, straightforward food, catering for both smaller midweek numbers and busier weekends, as well as functions, buffets, and weddings.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef and senior team, supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen while gaining experience across different sites.
