The role
As a chef de partie you will get your section ready for service, you will prep your fridge and ensure everything is ready for service. In service you will cook to a rosette level and ensure your plates leaving the pass are of a high level.

Experience
As a chef de partie you will use your great knife skills, your rosette cooking skills to make great rosette level dishes. You will be organished.
