Chef de partie Contract type: Temporary Pay Rate: £17hr Shift type: 7AM - 15:00PM Assignment date: 02/09/2026 - 18/09/2026 Location:Bath, BA2 8PA Located in a Secondary and Sixth Form site. Involved in mobilising and starting a new school. Candidates must be able to get stuck in and support with mobilisation. This will be a mix of managing people and getting the site up and running. As a Chef de partie you will be working all hands on deck and doing the responsibilities below; - Prep and stock the designated section before service - Cook and plate menu items accuratelu during service - manage station inventory and minimize food waste - train and oversee commis chefs or kitchen assistants - Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and safety standards Requirements for this role: - Enhanced DBS - can accept personal Enhanced DBS that have been done in the past 30 days and are on the updated services. - Safeguarding children - KCSIE training - Level 3 food safety training - Allergens training This training is mandatory for this role.
