As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section while working alongside a passionate and experienced team of chefs. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes. Running your section during busy service periods. Maintaining high standards of food presentation and consistency. Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations. Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are met.
