Location: Upper Slaughter, Gloucestershire (GL54)

I am looking for an experienced Chef de Rang, Head Waiter, or Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the front-of-house team at a beautiful 25-bedroom country house hotel set within 8 acres of stunning gardens in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Michelin-star experience is essential for this role. I am seeking a hospitality professional with a genuine passion for exceptional service and a background in delivering the highest standards of fine dining.

The Role
You will work across our:

• Fine dining restaurant
• Informal restaurant
• Afternoon tea service

You'll be joining an established, supportive team and will play a key role in creating outstanding guest experiences throughout the hotel.

Salary & Benefits

• £32,000£35,000 per annum, depending on experience
