Chef Manager: Lead Kitchen & Client Relations (Weekdays)

Compass Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Chef Manager to lead a weekday operation at Blaenau Ffestiniog. This hands-on leadership role requires running the site from menu planning to service delivery, while shaping a team-focused, food-first culture.

The role involves managing food costs, staff, and client relationships with the client, Rehau, and delivering consistent high-quality dining experiences. Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.
