You'll be joining a nationally recognised healthcare provider that supports thousands of patients every year with specialist treatments in the community. As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse, you'll manage your own caseload while delivering exceptional clinical care and making a genuine difference to patients throughout their cancer journey.

The Role

As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse, you will:
Deliver chemotherapy treatments safely within patients' homes across the RG, SL and HA postcode areas
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments before and during treatment
Administer IV chemotherapy, cannulation and phlebotomy
Monitor patients throughout treatment and respond appropriately to adverse reactions
Build strong relationships with patients, families and the wider multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration xwzovoh
Experience administering chemotherapy in either a hospital or community setting
SACT Passport or recognised chemotherapy qualification (preferred)
Competency in IV therapy, cannulation and phlebotomy
Excellent clinical assessment skills and the confidence to work independently
Full UK driving licence
