Are you an experienced Chemotherapy Nurse or SACT Nurse looking for more autonomy, better work-life balance and the opportunity to deliver truly personalised patient care?
I’m recruiting for a leading specialist healthcare provider, looking for a Community Chemotherapy Nurse to deliver oncology and haematology treatments to patients across Newcastle and Tyne and Wear.
You’ll manage your own caseload, working one-to-one with patients in their own homes while being fully supported by an experienced clinical team.

Delivering chemotherapy and SACT within patients’ homes
Completing pre-treatment assessments
Cannulation, venepuncture and vascular access management
Monitoring patients and managing adverse reactions
Providing patient education and ongoing support
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Liaising with hospitals, consultants and MDTsAbout You
You’ll need:
Active NMC registration – Adult Nurse/RGN
Recent chemotherapy or SACT experience
Competency administering cytotoxic treatments
Strong cannulation and venous access skills
Confidence working autonomously
Full UK driving licenceThis is an excellent opportunity to continue working within specialist oncology while gaining more time with your patients, greater independence and a Monday–Friday working pattern.
