The Role As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse, you will: Deliver chemotherapy treatments safely within patients' homes across Northampton and the surrounding Northamptonshire area Administer IV chemotherapy and undertake cannulation and phlebotomy Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration Experience administering chemotherapy within a hospital or community setting SACT Passport or recognised chemotherapy qualification preferred Competency in IV therapy, cannulation and phlebotomy Confidence working autonomously in the community Full UK driving licence If you're an Oncology Nurse looking for more autonomy, better work-life balance and the opportunity to deliver specialist cancer care directly in patients' homes, this could be an excellent next move.
