Chief Employment Counsel

UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) in Swindon seeks a senior employment law professional to lead the Employment Law team as Head of Legal - Employment. You will deputise for the General Counsel, provide strategic advice on complex issues, and manage a small team of employment lawyers.

The role combines high-level advisory work with team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and development of policies. Flexible working is available, and travel to other UKRI locations may be required.
