Chief ERM Architect & Risk Strategy Lead

Vermelo is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk Management to lead the design and maintenance of the enterprise risk management framework across our general insurance activities. The role requires embedding strong risk practices and reporting to executive leadership.

You will oversee the Risk Appetite framework, regulatory reporting, and ensure compliance with FCA/PRA requirements, SM&CR, and three lines of defence. Travel to Brentwood and Manchester will be required as needed.
