They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead them through a period of growth and to prepare them for a business transaction within the next few years.
You will be comfortable with being involved in the detail when appropriate and leading and motivating the wider finance team. The role will sit over not just finance but also commercial and procurement departments - you will therefore have had some exposure to these elements in the past. This role in located within Essex and will require the successful individual to be based on site 3 days per week (with an adult approach to flexibility).
