Chief Gardens & Horticulture Strategist

Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxford is seeking a Head of Gardens and Horticulture to translate our vision across every aspect of the gardens. You will lead design, maintenance, and guest experiences in a luxury setting, fostering sustainability and excellence.

You will recruit and develop the Gardens, Raymond Blanc Garden School, and Florist teams, and act as a true expert in horticulture while elevating the outdoor spaces to world-class standards.
